We do not take the responsibility of conducting an executive level search for your company lightly. Our approach to sourcing exceptional talent is based upon the integrity of the associate conducting the search as we target the needs and best interests of our clients.

The goal of this meeting is to attain an understanding of our client’s organization, its history, culture, operations and needs, as well as the scope of the search.

The specification is one of the most crucial parts of the search process. A good search is based on a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profile.

Once the candidate profile is fully defined, we review our internal data sources and perform research based upon the specific requirements of the search.
6. Offer and Acceptance
We then meet with the client to review potential candidates that fit within your specification parameters and who have expressed interest in the search.
We interview prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications. This evaluation is documented to the client in a detailed candidate letter.
We work with our client to formulate an effective offer and to ensure that the successful candidate has a smooth transition into the organization.
